These are an easily absorbed source of complex carbohydrates with a moderate glycemic index. Sweet potatoes enable blood sugar levels to remain stable. Loaded with beta-carotene, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, and B vitamins, they combat muscle soreness and inflammation.

Both have an equal ratio of our 3 natural caffeine sources - green tea, coffee extract, and guarana, which will leave you feeling energized and focused without the crash or jitters.

We recommend 100mg if you’re working out later in the evening, new to pre-workout, have an aversion to caffeine, or just looking for a mild pick-me-up.
